Le Reflèxe Nature and Le Catarina are partnering to offer a well-being stay for moms and their babies.

A privileged time, a bubble of sweetness, and exchanges between moms, in an enchanting setting. Join us for a weekend of well-being, yoga, and reflexology and strengthen the bond with your baby.

Dalila, a mom, perinatal and family companion. She accompanies future and young moms, as well as their little ones, with reflexology, massage, and mom-baby yoga.

Our mom and baby stay is designed to offer a safe and welcoming space for new moms to connect with their baby. On the program: a reflexology massage workshop and a mom+baby yoga session to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

You will also have time to relax and recharge at Catarina, surrounded by moms with similar interests and their babies .

Everything has been planned so that you only think about you and your baby.

Whether you are an experienced yogi or a new mom simply looking to connect with other moms and focus on your own well-being, our Mom and Baby weekend is the perfect opportunity to take a break from daily life and take care of yourself and your little one.

Saturday, April 22

Sunday, April 23

8:45 a.m.: Snack before Yoga

9:15 a.m.: Departure on foot

9:30 a.m.: Mom+Bébé Yoga (Lathuile communal hall)

10:30 a.m. / 11:00 a.m.: Brunch

You can enjoy Catarina's garden on Sunday after brunch.

Included in the price: welcome snack, introduction to baby massage, evening meal for moms, 1 night's accommodation, tourist tax, snack before Yoga, Mom+Bébé Yoga workshop, brunch for moms.

We do not provide meals for babies because you know better than we do that each baby will have different needs.

Cribs and bathtubs will be available in the rooms for your little ones.

Rules and conditions:

Two separate payments: € 120 for the deposit at the time of booking and the balance no later than 15 days before arrival.

Refundable cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, after which the reservation is non-refundable and non-modifiable.

A waiver of liability must be signed upon arrival.
